Who is responsible

What we collect
- Your email address.
- Optional answers you choose to give: role, interests, and whether you're interested in Founders Access (non-binding).
- Your consent: the version of this notice you agreed to and when.

The campaign source in the page link (for example
utm_source), if any. - For abuse prevention only: a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself. It is deleted when you confirm, or after 30 days.
Why, and on what basis
- To confirm your address and send occasional Forge updates, based on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To protect the waiting list from spam and abuse, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Analytics
We count page views and form steps as daily totals (event, page, campaign source). We don't use cookies for this, and we don't store identifiers, IP addresses or device fingerprints.
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days.
- Confirmed signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
- If you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to respect that choice, unless you ask us to delete everything, which you can do from the link in any email.
- If an email to your address bounces permanently or is reported as spam, we keep a a pseudonymous hash of the address, including after subscriber deletion, to prevent further email. This suppression record is still protected personal data. Contact us to request a review of the block.
